Hear you can see the photos of the finished manifold all made from aluminium sheet.

The inlet runners arnt massive being only 1mm larger than the stantard 33mm runners but as you can see are much shorter than the bunnana manifold and with heaps straighter air parth. Also witth keeping the runners at 34mm I will not loose any air spend through to the heads wich is a big thing with N/A engines. And with the lenghth of the ruuners from the end of the bell mouth to the back face of the valve is tuned to suit around 6500rpm. With the to standard 65mm throttle bodys feeding twice the ammount of stock air to the 2 1/2 times larger then standard plenium. Alowing the motor to have heaps of air on supply

The bottom plate is made from 8mm think aluminium with the thop plenium box made from 5mm. So is to stop flexing and not needing any braceing. And perhaps hold boost in the future..... The only thing missing in the the photos is the stainless steel trumpets that press down into the runners.
